• Free San Diego EMDR days
Held in four areas of San Diego County (Central, North, East and South) this year, these outreach events include a half hour presentation and an educational video about EMDR therapy. A demonstration follows with the option for you to have a 15 to 20 minute sample experience of a positive application of EMDR called Resource Development. This is a lovely option for the preparatory step of the Standard Protocol. It was developed for vulnerable clients, but is a beautiful resource for anyone who wants to build self-confidence.
