I have over fifteen years of experience and enjoy counseling clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of issues. I have extensive training as an EMDR therapist. I was trained in 2002 and have taken advanced EMDR workshops such as Affective Management Skills Training (AMST), Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), and Lifespan Integration (LI). Also trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), I use it as another effective trauma release tool. In addition, I have special expertise in treating postpartum depression and related disorders and give lectures on the topic.
